AMS Diagnostics is hiring experienced managers to fill the following open positions:

Position: Product Specialist, Clinical Chemistry Systems

Description: Responsible for installing, training and servicing the company products to current and new account locations. Assist customers with meeting their regulatory and validation requirements. Perform troubleshooting on issues related to reagent or instrument performance designed to improve customer self-sufficiency: investigate problems, diagnose probable causes, and provide timely solutions. Recognize and communicate product issues, complaints and improvements. Use computers to document activity; support Sales objectives and organizational directives; provide data to the organization on customer use/preferences leading to customer driven design/customer usability. Responsible for supporting the systems assigned to their responsibility.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must have a minimum of five to ten years of successful related experience in clinical chemistry systems. Superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification.

Position: Sales Specialists-Clinical Chemistry Systems

Description: Increase of company products through effective territory management and crisp sales execution; utilize available information to ensure that every opportunity to meet/exceed sales goals is maximized; effectively utilize available resources to drive sales with key customers; develop and implement strategies in key accounts providing product and financial oriented recommendations to close sales.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must have a minimum of five to ten years of successful field sales experience in clinical chemistry systems in POL accounts. Superior sales, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
